Wow that is a long title and I’d like to apologise for the lateness of this post. This happened in May, I went up with my Brother and some of his friends. The weekend was stunning, the only thing that showed it in a negative light was the damn midges. The winner of the mens downhill competition was Greg Minaar, he slapped Sam Hill’s time in the face. The Womens competition was dominated by the French.

The Event was very well organised and interesting even to those not in the know (me) The main sponsors were Nissan and Monster Energy with sponsored riders entered from almost every biking company you could imagine. I will certainly be going next year when I know I will be much more clued up on what I want out of the event.
